K-500 Rotomat KT | Thickness Gauge for Blown Film

The K-500 Rotomat KT is a new, completely redesigned thickness gauge for blown film lines.

The capacitive thickness sensor of the K-500 is protected by a cover made from cintered ceramic with a very smooth surface. That allows an extremely low wear measurement of the thickness, even though the K-500 is constantly in contact with the film.

The Rotomat KT in the third generation comes with a virtual data processor as a standard. The so-called VDP Process runs in the background of a Windows PC, similar like a driver of a printer. This Win32 application, which runs on Windows XP or later, forms the interface between the control system of the line and the thickness gauge, as well as up to 2 optional width measuring units FE-8.

KCF-700 Rotomat KT | Non Contact Thickness Gauge

The KCF-700 Rotomat KT is a non-contact thickness gauge for blown film lines. This capacitive thickness sensor is designed to measure very sticky and / or touching sensitive films.

The scanner Rotomat KT ensures a quick profile refresh and helps to reduce scrap on start-up and during product change.

The KNC-401 Rotomat KT 3G is a non-contact thickness gauge for blown film lines. The KNC-401 thickness sensor is a consistent further development of its predecessors. Great attention was paid to improvements in terms of robustness, electromagnetic compatibility, modularity and the reduction of compressed air consumption.

K-XRAY Rotomat KT | Thickness Gauge for Barrier Films

The K-XRAY Rotomat KT is an online thickness measuring system for blown film lines and measures online the thickness of the film. The electrically generated Xray, at an intensity of 19keV, allows thickness measurement at high resolution even on very thin films.

Due to these particular features, the K-XRAY Rotomat KT is the best solution to measure barrier films.

KNC-600 Linear Scanner | Thickness Gauge for Cast Film

The KNC-600 Linear Scanner is a thickness gauge for cast film lines, film orientation lines or other extrusion lines where the thickness of flat film needs to be measured.

Once the measurement is started, the traveler moves to the center of the film, before the thickness sensor extends. It continuously measures the thickness across the web. Two infrared sensors in the head ensure that the thickness gauge does not run over the edge.

S-100 Twin | Thickness Gauge for Barrier Films

The S-100 is an online thickness gauge for blown film lines that measures the thickness of the film with nearly no contact.

This capacitive measuring system has been developed to measure barrier film with a high percentage of PA and/or EVOH. The S-100 TWIN measures the lay-flat width and the web position of the film at the same time.

Application: The S-100 Twin is a capacitive thickness gauge which can be used on barrier film lines and on water cooled extrusion lines.

K-NDC Rotomat KT | Thickness Gauge for Barrier Films

The K-NDC Rotomat KT is a thickness measuring system for blown film lines and measures the thickness of the film online. The nuclear sensor can measure any kind of material.

By means of an air cushion it will be avoided that the sensor touches the film. Due to these particular features, the K-NDC Rotomat KT is a good solution to measure barrier films.

K-300 CF Gauge | Thickness Gauge for Blown Film

The compact unit K-300 CF Gauge is particularly suitable for upgrading existing blown film lines with an online thickness profile measurement.

It can be used on any existing line with oscillating or continuously rotating die or haul-off.

The thickness measuring unit is to be mounted in the collapsing frame. A new thickness profile is ready after one rotation of the die or haul-off and can instantly be used for the die adjustment.
